Family Counselling Centre is seeking a part-time, contract, Tel-Check / Distress Line Program / Development Worker. The successful candidate will work up to 28 hours per week until March 31, 2019 and then be reduced to 14 hours per week until March 31, 2020. Advocacy Planning Support Worker - APSW

Family Counselling Centre is a not-for-profit, community-based agency that provides Sarnia-Lambton residents with a variety of professional counselling, support, prevention and coordination services.  

Family Counselling Centre has a permanent, full-time Advocacy Planning Support Worker (APSW) position available.  The APSW provides trustee services, advocacy and case management assistance to adult individuals with a developmental disability who are living independently.

Counsellor - Affiliate

Family Counselling Centre has a Counsellor Affiliate position available. The successful candidate will provide individual, family and couple counselling for clients of Family Counselling Centre.  Hours of work will depend on the candidate's availability and organizational need/ service demand.

The Board of Directors of Family Counselling Centre is looking to recruit a volunteer Board Member. The Board meets at 5:00 p.m. every 3rd Tues. of the month, excluding Dec., July & August. There is an interest in volunteers with a background in education or media, but all are welcome to apply. Board Members are asked to represent the interests and knowledge of the community.
